It’s over AirBnB and it’s not me, it’s you

I really have tried to use AirBnB. I have friends who travel the world and swear by it. I know someone who writes strategies on how to maximise your experience of AirBnB and minimise its impact on your wallet.

My experience, limited though it might have been, was exactly the opposite. Paying out large sums of money and waiting weeks, even months, to get it back again.

What did I learn (and am still learning) about taking care of my customers and prospects?
