The Premise

Most coaches are trained for the chair. Few are trained for the room.

The ICF built the gold-standard competency model for 1:1 coaching. The IAF built the gold-standard model for group facilitation. Real executive work demands both — sometimes in the same hour.

Extraordinary coaches sit beside the founder, then walk into the leadership team offsite, then mentor the next generation. The Master Certification is the only credential built on the assumption that you do all three.
