These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Extraordinary Coach website, coaching engagements, certification programs, and any related digital products (collectively, the "Services") operated by Extraordinary Coach, a division of the Extraordinary Network.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Coaching Engagements
Coaching is provided on a per-engagement basis. The scope, duration, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or membership agreement. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
4. Payment & Refunds
Fees are due as specified in your engagement. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, frameworks, methodologies, and written materials are the intellectual property of Extraordinary Coach and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all coaching conversations as confidential. We do not share session contents with third parties, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extraordinary Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when appropriate, communicated by email.
