The Speakers Bureau
A bureau connected to 1,400 conferences that have speaking gigs. Represented speakers join with no up-front cost — we earn only when we book you a gig, and we only take on speakers who qualify. Want active pitching to stages that move your career? Add the Gigs Track. Both represented tiers include a monthly group coach call.
Speakers Bureau is included with Extraordinary membership.
The internet is doing fine. Quiet is the new luxury.
The room is loud. Every founder has a feed, every executive has a thread, every coach has a course. The people you actually pay attention to do something different — they say less, and what they say is theirs. That's the work.
What you actually get
Get pitched, booked, and produced — without paying a retainer to be on a roster.

Who qualifies
You've earned something to say. Book, body of work, executive role, or a distinct thesis we can sell to organizers.
At least one recent talk on tape we can pitch with. We'll help you produce a reel if you have one or two.
Bureau speakers get prep, tape review, and rehearsal. You have to be open to the work between bookings.
How it works
Submit a reel and a one-page brief. We review weekly. Qualified speakers get a 30-minute fit call.
We produce your one-sheet, pitch deck, and pricing tiers. You sign a simple 20%-commission agreement. No retainer.
We pitch you to organizers, manage the contract, and handle logistics. You show up. You get paid. We take 20%.
The Thought Leadership Thread
Every site in the Extraordinary network compounds the same asset: your authority. Pick the company that fits the move you need next, or bundle them for the full flywheel.
Questions
Booking stages is a relationship business. Cialdini's seven principles are how we earn bureaus' trust, audiences' attention, and your next keynote — in that order.
We've placed speakers on the stages of Inc., SXSW, Forbes Iconoclast, and Fortune events. Bureaus and conference programmers take our calls because we don't waste them.
Every speaker on our roster is someone the bureau lead would personally bring to a dinner. That filter is why programmers trust the pitch.
Our average speaker books 6+ paid stages in their first year on the roster — and most get invited back the following year by the same conference.
We start by sharpening one signature talk with you. Once it's tight, every pitch is just a variation — and bookers say yes because the talk has a track record.
Send us your current talk and we'll send back a 15-minute Loom critique — what's working, what to cut, and the one frame that would lift it.
We rep 25 speakers — period. Tight roster, more attention per speaker, more bookings per quarter. 4 of 25 spots open for 2026.
Traditional bureaus take 20–25% of every fee. Plus gives you bureau placement and active pitching for a flat monthly — your speaking income stays yours.
